How much hair do I need for a full weave?
A 7 weft pack will give you a partial installation. A 15 weft pack will give you a full installation.
Will the hair lose its curl pattern?
Never, unless chemically relaxed.
How wide are the wefts?
Our hand-tied wefted hair comes in standard 10 inch widths. Rueber® textures are sold by the ounce and the wefts are 3 feet long.
How long will the hair last?
With proper care and maintenance our hair will last around 10 months to 1 year. The wefts are very durable and will hold up to repeated installations, if the weft is not cut or if it is cut, it's properly tied off. Each order comes wtih instructions on how to resize the weft.
Is the hair you sell virgin?
From the Nature Beauty Collection, Yes. Virgin and texture matched to our exact specifications.
Will the hair I receive look exactly like your pictures?
Almost but not exactly. Virgin hair is by its nature unique. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures. Should you choose to place an order
with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. That is part of the fun of buying and luxury of wearing premium quality virgin hair. It is as unique as you are!
When will my hair arrive?
If it is not a special order it should arrive in 5 to 7 business days. For "special orders" you will be quoted a delivery date based on product availability.
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. For canceled orders we issue store credit only. We do not give cash or credit card refunds. Hair that shows any signs of wear will not be accepted under any circumstances. Detailed return instructions are included with each order.
Brides and New Mothers:
We’ve got a soft spot for both and take very good care of them! Be sure to let us know if you are either (or both!)
When can I speak to a representative?
Our hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday: 11am to 7pm Saturday 12pm to 5pm Sunday Closed Remember, our time zone is CEST, 6 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. |
