order comes with maintenance guide to assist you.

STORAGE
Store your wig on a stand when you are not
wearing it or for longer periods of time covered in the provided net
in the container it was shipped in.
ORDER AND

• allow 1-3 days to process order.
After your order is processed
• allow 6 – 8 weeks to produce your
custom unit
HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM
ORDER?
Ordering with Nature Girl is very straightforward
process.
1) Our order form will prompt you to give us all the
information to make your unit and we will contact you immediately if
we have any questions.
2) You can also make a mold of your head
and send it to us. These are instructions for making a
mold.
WHAT ARE YOU STOCK SIZES:
REFUND POLICY: No Refunds.
Exchanges and Revisions Only. Wigs will be exchanged or revised as
long as they are in the original condition with all Nature Girl tags
and lace intact within 7 DAYS of receipt. If the wig has been worn
or there is make-up on the unit or the lace has been trimmed we CAN
NOT exchange the unit for any reason.
DEPOSIT
POLICY: We apologize for any inconvenience but Nature Girl has a No Refunds policy. Deposits are required to make your custom unit. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. No refunds will be given. No exceptions. The deposit is applied in full towards the cost of making your custom unit.

WILL
MY WIG COME ALREADY CUT AND STYLED?
Each unit is prepped
for sale and will arrive in lovely natural layers. However, the best
way to style your unit is after it’s been installed.
HOW LONG
SHOULD I EXPECT MY WIG CAP TO LAST?
Our lace is delicate and
completely undetectable so it requires gentle handling. However,
with proper hair and maintenance the unit should last 12 – 18
months.

TYPES OF BASES DO YOU USE?
Nature Girl Invisa-lace®: It
took us a long time to find this lace and it is virtually invisible.
It’s extremely lightweight, undetectable, comfortable and
delicate.

Swiss Lace: A lovely
soft Lace that is difficult to detect. Flexible, comfortable and
somewhat delicate..

French Lace: Slightly thicker than Swiss Lace and fairly strong. Stretchable, lightweight and very durable.

Mono_net: A fine mesh we use for creating durable, back and crown sections while maintaining a natural appearance.

Our Thin Skin Bases are Undetectable. The hairs are individually to create a very natural growth pattern.
