Order Agreement

Our site is fully secure. We do not share our customers’ information with anyone outside our company. All orders must be placed online. Orders which we must enter manually incur a $7 entry charge.

All our raw hair materials are derived from nature and, thus, will vary from batch to batch. We cannot guarantee they will look or smell the same each time. Our return policy is 7 business days for STORE CREDIT ONLY. For canceled orders we issue STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will not issue credit card or cash refunds. No exceptions. Unauthorized returns will be discarded.

Samples are available for a $20 charge that is refunded with your first order. Before you order a large number of products of which you may not be sure, please read the portion FAQs page of our website.

Damages: FEDEX/UPS/POSTAL damages are to be reported to us and to them within 48 hours of your receipt of a shipment. Please don't accept delivery of packages which are visibly damaged. No reports will be accepted once the 48 hours are up.

Changes-Deletions-Disputes: Please print out and carefully review your final order confirmation. If there are any errors, please contact us immediately and include the order number.

Cancellations: If you decide to cancel an already prepared order, we will charge a 30% restocking fee.

Debit cards: Please make sure you have enough funds in your account. We will not reimburse for any NSF charges you may incur.

Additions: We no longer accept order additions. You must place a new order. We may be able to ship your orders together, but can't guarantee it.

Out of stock/backordered items: Occasionally, products may be out of stock. You will be notified of out of stock products via the invoice you'll receive once your package ships and this is the only notification you will receive. We will credit the card on file or issue a refund via PayPal, as applicable in each case. Out of stock items do not ship automatically, you must request us to do so and the new shipment will incur new S&H charges.

PayPal orders: We cannot process PayPal orders until PayPal disburses the funds to us. E-checks processed through PayPal take 4 business days to clear and your order will not be processed until that time.

Please read product descriptions carefully BEFORE you finalize an order: All sales are returnable within 7 business days for store credit only. We will not issue credit card or cash refunds. No exceptions.

Return Policy/Cancelation: We do accept returns within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. For canceled orders we issue store credit only. We do not give cash or credit card refunds. Hair that shows any signs of wear will not be accepted under any circumstances. To make a return you simply need to email customer service. They will issue you a return number and instruction on how to return the item. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ORDERS WITHOUT THIS NUMBER. Put that number on the return label and send it to us. The hair must be returned in the original packaging. Once we receive the package and inspect the hair, you'll receive a store credit via email that will be good for 1 year.

If at the end of the order process, you don't see on your screen an invoice with an order number, a summary of our terms, and order details, your order did not go through. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE A SECOND ORDER!! Instead, contact us if you have doubts as to whether or not an order went through. Duplicate orders are an inconvenience to both of us. If we can save you the time of repeating the process that is preferable for us.
